Junior Promotional Requirements
(under 15)
The promotional examination for junior Judoka includes:
Shiai for competitors.
Demonstration of required techniques.
Written Examination for ranks of Nikyu and above.
Note: Consideration for promotion will be given in attending designated clinics, training camps and working as an off mat official.
ROKKYU (White Belt)
This rank is assigned to individuals of good moral character, who have been accepted as students in a Judo club or class.
GOKYU (Yellow Belt)
Minimum age: 6 years old.
