Te waza (hand techniques)

Uki otoshi (floating drop)

‑uke steps right foot foward pushing tori backwards

‑then bring left foot up even ‑uke takes three steps then foward breakfall

Seoi nage (shoulder throw)

‑uke comes walking straight toward tori taking large

 steps ‑uke advances left foot then right foot foward

‑right foot comes even with left and lean forward

‑as uke brings right foot foward he swings right hand

down toward top center of tori's head

Kata guruma (shoulder wheel)

‑uke steps right foot foward pushing tori backwards

‑then bring left foot up even ‑take three steps

‑tori switches hand to inside grip ‑as tori attacks uke

reaches up and arches as going up

 

Koshi waza (hip techniques)

Uki goshi (floating hip)

‑uke advances left foot holding left hand out for tori

‑uke brings right foot foward and even ‑as right foot is

 brought foward swing right hand aiming for tori's

forehead

Harai goshi (sweeping loin)

‑uke steps right foot foward pushing tori backwards

‑then bring left foot up even ‑take three steps

Tsuri komi goshi (lift‑pull hip)


‑uke steps right foot foward pushing tori backwards

‑then bring left foot up even ‑take three steps

‑as tori attacks, uke blocks with hips then falls

 

Ashi waza (foot techniques)

Okuri ashi harai (sweeping ankle)

‑both turn sideways ‑side step three times with uke

slightly advanced Sasae tsuri komi ashi (propping

drawing ankle) ‑uke steps right foot foward pushing tori

backwards‑then bring left foot up even ‑take three steps

Uchi mata (inner thigh)

‑tori steps and pulls uke around  ‑on second one tori

throws uke .pa

 

Ma sutemi waza (back sacrafice)

Tomoe nage (circle throw)

Ura nage (rear throw)

Sumi gaeshi (corner throw)

 

Yoko sutemi waza (side sacrafice)
