Parent Alert: Martial Arts Classes develop Respect, Discipline, Self Esteem, and Character for your children. The Surgeon General reports that children today are in the WORST shape of any generation. He claims this is due to a trend on junk food, TV, video games and LACK OF EXERCISE!!! So get away from the video games and do it for real.
