KJC thanks 2004 Olympian Rick Hawn for an exelent clinic. Rick Hawn spends some time with KJC's youth.

Congratulations to Kirkwood's own Sensei Russ Little for his impressive showing at the 2009 world masters championships. Sensei Little had a number of tremendous wins to capture the silver meddle.
